This condition works specifically for Data Linked fields. Please read the article for SIM - Data Linked before moving forward with this action if you do not have any Linked Fields created.

When you click on a button to bring up Interactive Settings popup, you can set criteria for how that button will behave.


You can group conditions together so that multiple conditions are taken as a singular criterion within the system
  1. Select Add Condition
  2. Select AND or OR
    1. AND - both conditions must be true
    2. OR - only one condition must be true
  3. From the dropdown, select Field Matches

  1. Field
    1. the drop down will display all data linked fields created on the specific form you are currently working on
  2. Match Y/N
    1. unchecked - pattern must NOT match to trigger action
    2. checked - pattern must match to trigger action
  3. Regex
    1. set the regex as needed
  1. IdeaYou can find many free tools online to help with regex pattern matching
  2. Save - save changes and close popup
    1. Cancel - closes popup with no changes made
    2. Delete - removes condition
  3. When all conditions are set you can move on to Action.


Use Cases and Examples

There may be specific criteria required to allow a call to move forward or to decide how the call is to move forward. This criterion would be data not found on the order detail screen once the order is placed. These types of situations are when you want to create data linked fields to capture data during the call that you don't need to know after the call.

You can then use the data collected in data linked fields to set as condition for what actions can and cannot be taken during the call.

An example would be if you have 2 offers that can be used for an upsell but one offer has an allergy warning. You can ask a question about allergies and depending on the answer to that question automatically send the agent to the offer that aligns with the answer.
