Condition > Condition Group
When you click on a button to bring up Interactive Settings popup, you can set criteria for how that button will behave.
You can group conditions together so that multiple conditions are taken as a singular criterion within the system
- Select Add Condition

- Select AND or OR
- AND - both conditions must be true
- OR - only one condition must be true
- From the dropdown, select Condition Group

- Click Save
- Click on the green arrow beside Condition Group

- Select condition and its requirements to be part of the group
- Repeat clicking on the green arrow beside Condition Group and selecting all conditions that will be part of group.

- When all conditions are set you can move on to Action.
Use Cases and Example
You would want to consider condition groups when you have multiple scenario's that result in the same outcome.
For instances, let's say you need to disposition the call as unknown if there's no email and payment method is check. You also want to disposition the call as unknown if the phone is missing and payment method is visa. But if email is blank and payment method is visa or if the phone is missing and payment is check you want the order to move forward. You would create two condition groups using the OR connector.
