Condition > Billing Address Match

When you click on a button to bring up Interactive Settings popup, you can set criteria for how that button will behave.


You can group conditions together so that multiple conditions are taken as a singular criterion within the system
  1. Select Add Condition
  2. Select AND or OR
    1. AND - both conditions must be true
    2. OR - only one condition must be true
  3. From the dropdown, select Billing Address Match

  1. Match Y/N
    1. unchecked - BILLING must NOT match to trigger action
    2. checked - BILLING must match to trigger action
  2. Address
    1. building number and street
    2. consider possible abbreviations that may be used in this field
  3. City
    1. consider possible abbreviations that may be used in this field
  4. State
    1. consider possible abbreviations that may be used in this field
  5. Country
    1. consider possible abbreviations that may be used in this field
  6. Zip
    1. it is recommended to use wild card * at the end of the 5-digit zip code to account for possible ZIP+4 being used
  7. Save - save changes and close popup
    1. Cancel - closes popup with no changes made
    2. Delete - removes condition
  8. When all conditions are set you can move on to Action.

Please note this is only an example of ways to insert an address using the wild card *. There are many possible ways to set an address and OrderLogix cannot tell you exactly what to use. 
  1. Address
    1. 123*N*Test*S*
  2. City
    1. Portland
  3. State
    1. ME
  4. Country
    1. US*
  5. Zip
    1. 04101*
Notes
You can use as much or as little of the address along with the wild card * depending on how strict you would like the rule to be set.
123*N*Test*S* - will catch: 
  1. 123 North Test Street 
  2. 123 N. Test St.
  3. 123 N Test St
