Automatically Stopping Continuity Subscriptions for Orders in Unfavorable Statuses

In the System Preferences window on the System/Subscription tab, there are three statuses that you can choose from to automatically stop a continuity subscription if an item on the subscription reaches them. The options read:
- Stop continuity if items are cancelled status
- Stop continuity if items are shipment cancelled status
- Stop continuity if items are fatal auth status

Automatically stopping continuity subscriptions allows the system to manage these subscriptions so that your continuity projection reports are accurate. The following continuity generated orders would never be created for a subscription with the last order in any of these statuses anyway, so keeping the subscription active in these scenarios is not ideal.

When the system automatically stops the continuity sequence, you will see a CS Activity on the customer's account from the employee OLTSUPPORT. The Activity name will be 'sys: Continuity Cancel' and the Note will read 'Subscription automatically cancelled because the last auto generated item did not reach a favorable item status to continue the subscription.'

If a customer wants to continue their subscription a CS Agent can re-active the subscription from the Customer Continuity Sequence pop out window. They would need to generate the next order for the subscription by selecting 'Create One Continuity Order Now?' before saving.
