What Are Process Alerts?

There are a number of daily tasks that can be automated within OrderLogix. Once these tasks have been automated you have the option to set a Process Alert to notify you of key pieces of information for the task depending on the status; Unconditional, Successful, or Failed. Process Alerts are a great way to stay proactive within your system.

Making The Connection

Where Will I See This Within OLX?

Wherever you see the  ""Show Schedules"" button displayed you have the ability to automate that section of the system and setup Process Alerts.
  1. Process Alerts
  2. Commission Processing
  3. Export
  4. Imports
  5. Payment Processing
  6. Processes
  7. Autoship Processing
  8. Reports
  9. Customer DeDupe

What Reports Can Be Pulled?

Reports > Processing Reports > Schedule List Report has a drop down on Job Type that allows Process Alert to be selected. A report for all process alerts within the system will be compiled.
