What Is Auths Without Orders
When orders are manually entered into the system and the system times out or is unable to process all of the data for one reason or another but the authorization is processed we need to have a way to collect the information from the backend and recreate the orders in Orderlogix.
- The Auths Without Orders is a system process created to handle these orders and runs typically every 15 minutes.
- Orders created from this system job are put into Item Pending Review.
- This allows CS agents to review and confirm orders are valid before further processing takes place.

Trouble Shooting
- Item in Pending Review with CS Event SYSTEM CREATED: Order recovered from valid payment authorization.
- Auth's without order job found an order that should have created and didn't.
- Once you review and determine you do want the order to send, complete the cs event and the system will do the rest. If you determine you do not want the order to send, complete the cs event and then navigate to the customer record and cancel the line items.
- Order was placed, auth shows on payment gateway but order is not found in Orderlogix
- Review the Real Time Auth Report filtering Trans Type = Approved with no order
- Collect data from payment gateway and contact Orderlogix to determine if:
