Received upon Import Attempt:
If the "Argument start 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero" or "Argument 'Start' must be greater than zero" message is received when attempting to import a file then it may be because you have not added the server as trusted site in Internet Explorer. To do this search your computer for Internet Options (typically found in Control Panel) and then click the Security tab. Click on the green check mark that says Trusted Sites and then click the button labeled "Sites". Enter the URL https://*.orderlogix.com in the "Add this website to the zone" box, then click the Add button which will move it into the sites window below. Click close in the Trusted Sites window, then click OK back in the Internet Options window. You should no longer receive this error when attempting to import a file into OLX.

If the error "Argument 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero" or "Argument 'Start' must be greater than zero" is received when attempting to open the future shipments section on the Customer Detail screen, please navigate to Company Data -> Product Data -> Subscription Sequences and filter for the Base Product Offer of the subscription sequence. Click the green edit pencil to the left of the sequence to launch the Subscription Sequence Manager window, then check the Edit Sequences section at the bottom of subscription sequence setup to be sure subsequent shipments have been added. Under these circumstances the message received generally means that where the starting offer has been set up there are no forthcoming sequences.
