The Privacy Policy Text can be viewed via a link found on the right side of the footer within the customer portal.


Clicking on Privacy Policy link will initiate a new popup with the body of the Privacy Policy Text displayed


This can be customized by navigating to Admin > Messages > Privacy Policy Text
If there is no text configured and saved below, the Privacy Policy link will NOT display on the footer of the customer portal.

Body

The body is located between the HTML Editor and the Footer.
Here you will use the above features to design your Privacy Policy Text

Footer

  1. The left side of the footer lets you you know where your cursor is placed within the Body.

    2. The information shown here will adjust every time the cursor is moved to a new location within the body.
  2. The right side of the footer has a right diagonal arrow that will adjust the sizing of the body with click and drag.



  3. Update will save all changes made
