What Are Ad Types

The Ad Types module is where you set up categories of ads based on the media they are broadcast on.

Setup




Tool Bar

Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar  you can: 
Go back to the previous screen 
Add new 
Print 
Minimize module 

Filter

You can use the filter options to narrow down the displayed selections.



  1. Ad Type
  2. Ad Type Code
  3. Client
Add additional filters by click the Add button 
Apply the filtered selections by clicking Apply Filter 
Remove the filtered selections by clicking Remove Filter 
You can set the number of records to be displayed 



Add New

  1. To edit an existing record, click on the edit pencil next to the record you wish to edit.
  2. To add a new record, click on the Add New button in the blue module bar.
    1. A new window will pop up.


  1. Enter a name for the Ad Type.
  2. Create the Ad Type Code.
  3. Select the Client associated from the drop-down list.
  4. Choose a Media Type from the drop-down list to add to this Ad type.  Click the  Add Media Type button to add to the ad type.
    1. To edit the record, click on the  pencil icon.
      1. to save the record click the  save icon
      2. to cancel changes, click the  refresh icon
      3. Duration
      4. Calls per K.
      5. Trickle Percent.
      6. Trickle Hours.
        1. This is the expected number of hours after the ad airs that calls are expected for this Ad Copy.
      7. Order Close Rate.
        1. This is the expected close rate for this Ad Copy.
      8. Average Ticket.
        1. This is the expected revenue per call.
      9. Average Talk Time.
        1. This is the expected talk time per call.
    2. To delete the record, click on the  red X icon.
  • To edit an existing Media Type, click the  pencil icon next to that type. You can enter performance metrics information for the following qualities:
    • Duration
    • Calls per K.
    • Trickle Percent. 
    • Trickle Hours. 
      • This is the expected number of hours after the ad airs that calls are expected for this Ad Copy.
    • Order Close Rate. 
      • This is the expected close rate for this Ad Copy.
    • Average Ticket. 
      • This is the expected revenue per call.
    • Average Talk Time. 
      • This is the expected talk time per call.


* To save the changes click the Save button .
* To cancel any of the current changes you have made click the Cancel button .
      This will close the window without saving any changes.
* To print the current window, click the Print button .
* To delete the selection, click the Delete button .
      This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item.

  • Clicking OK will delete the selected item and close the window.
