A/B Split Script

A/B Split Script

When setting up a new source, you will notice that there is an option called "A/B Split Script." When a script is selected in the drop down and A/B split script is activated for the source, every other call/order will go to opposite scripts(call 1 to script A, call 2 to script B, call 3 to script A etc). A/B Split Script is a tool that allows you to compare the performance of two different scripts or two offers at different prices. Any report that filters or groups by script can be used to compare performance between script A and script B. A/B Split Script only applies to manually entered orders. Imported orders will only use the main script.  _If you still have questions regarding the material covered in this article, please contact OrderLogix Customer Care for assistance. Thank you!_
