Added compatibility with custom versions of the continuity customer list report.

Report viewer has some 'continuity list' specific code that produces a temp table needed for this report. Before, the report needed to be named ""continuitymailinglist"" for this code to run. Now, this code will run for any report containing the name: ""continuitymailinglist"", therefore custom versions can be made.
For example:
continuitymailinglist (original OLX standard)
continuitymailinglist_ibm (client custom)
continuitymailinglist_hp (client custom)
